Before we arrive
It’s nice to be kept in the loop, which is why we send each customer a delivery timeslot on the morning that we’re due to arrive. The drivers will then give you a call to let you know they’re almost there, so there’s no need to wait around all day.
Knock, knock...
…the delivery has arrived and you can expect much more than a drop-off and go job. We’ll take the product into any room the customer chooses. We also offer an unpack and inspect service to make sure there aren’t any surprises after we’ve left.
Expert installation
Once the customer is happy, our fully-trained drivers can get any AV, gas, electric, plumbed or integrated appliance installed. For peace of mind, our two person teams are fully qualified to check everything is in working order once it’s fitted.
We'll take it away for you
Don’t worry about lumbering the old product to the tip, relax and let our team take it away. Our recycling plant in Telford is huge. To give you an idea, it’s capable of recycling a whopping 700,000 fridges a year. That’s a fifth of all fridges that are thrown away in the UK every 12 months.
